Privacy-first analytics — only with your yes. Necessary cookies keep the site running.

Most sites drop dozens of advertising cookies. We don't. We use necessary cookies so the site works — and privacy-first analytics (PostHog) to understand what's useful. Analytics only turn on if you accept in the cookie banner, run on our own EU-hosted setup, and are never used for advertising.

Cookies we use

How we use cookies

By default we only set the necessary language cookie. If you accept analytics, PostHog also sets a couple of cookies that measure usage — first-party, EU-hosted, and with no personally identifying detail.

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file a website can store in your browser — usually to remember your choices or keep you signed in. They can be strictly necessary, or used for statistics and marketing. We use necessary cookies plus — only if you accept — privacy-first statistics. Never advertising cookies.

The cookie is set with SameSite=Lax and holds only the value "da" or "en". No personal data, no cross-site tracking.

The full picture — in short

When you're signed in

In the platform itself at app.arcili.com we use strictly necessary session and security cookies that keep you signed in. They're removed when you log out or the session expires — and are never used for tracking.

Privacy-first analytics

If you accept, we use PostHog to understand usage — pageviews, sources and what works. It's EU-hosted, routed through our own domain, the IP isn't used for advertising, and personal details are masked. We don't use Google Analytics or ad pixels, and we never sell your data.

You're in control

You choose in the cookie banner whether analytics may run — and can change your mind anytime. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser. Block the language cookie and the site simply won't remember your language.

Questions about cookies

The short answer to most of it

Do you use Google Analytics or ad trackers?

No. We use PostHog — a privacy-first, EU-hosted analytics tool — instead of Google Analytics. No ad pixels, no advertising trackers, and we never sell your data.

Do I have to accept anything?

No. Necessary cookies always run so the site works. Analytics only run if you click "Accept" in the cookie banner — and you can decline or change your mind anytime.

Which cookies does analytics set?

If you accept, PostHog sets a few first-party cookies (including a random user id and session info) so we can see how the site is used. If you decline, they are not set.

Where is my data sent?

To PostHog on EU Cloud. Traffic is routed through our own domain (ph.arcili.com), and personal details are masked along the way.
