Activity log for the team

Follow what happens in the team — invitations, roles, projects and downloads — in a single activity log, so you have an overview of who did what.

Updated 12 July 2026

When several people work in the same team, it’s useful to see what has happened — who invited a colleague, changed a role or ran a report. The activity log gathers it.

1Find the activity log

Open TeamActivity. Here’s a chronological list of events in the team.

2What’s logged

Activity

[Anders] invited [maria@company.com] · Invitation [Maria] became Editor · Role [Anders] generated a home valuation · Report

  • Invitations — who was invited and by whom.
  • Roles — changes to members’ permissions.
  • Projects & reports — creations and downloads.

3Use it for overview

The log gives a quick answer to “who did what, when” — useful for onboarding, handing over a project, or just keeping track of a busy team.

Note

Sensitive lookups (e.g. in the land register) are audit-logged separately for compliance — see the guide on the land register and access control.
