Link a property and pull from public registers
Link a property or parcel to the data room, view key data from BBR, valuation, planning and transport, and auto-fill register documents into the "00 · Public registers" folder from the Files tab.
When you link a property to the data room, Arcili pulls key data from public registers and shows it on the Property info tab. From the Files tab you can also auto-fill up to five standard documents — property datasheet, BBR notice, planning status, cadastral map and land registry extract — straight into a fixed folder, so the counterparty has the basics in one place.
The data room is an add-on module. Linking and key data happen on the Property info tab, while the register pull happens from the Files tab inside the individual data room.
1Open the Property info tab
Open the data room and select Property info in the tab row. With nothing linked, you see No properties or parcels linked plus the hint that the data room automatically shows key data once you link.
2Link a property or parcel
Click Link property. The Link property or parcel dialog opens with a search field.
Search address or parcel no… Search by address or cadastral number and select the property or parcel.
Search by address or cadastral number and select the result. A parcel is linked separately and appears under Linked parcels as Parcel no. {nr} and Cadastral district {kode}.
3Read the key data
Once the property is linked, key data appears with the BFE badge BFE 12345:
Under Planning you see Zone status, Local plan, Municipal plan, Max coverage, Max floors and Max height. Under Public transport you see Bus, Train, S-train, Metro and Light rail with distance — or No stops nearby if there are none close by.
Open the full page with Open property page and open the cadastral map with View cadastral map PDF. In the preview you can download the map as a PDF.
Zoom the map with Ctrl + scroll (Windows) or ⌘ + scroll (Mac). On mobile, move the map with two fingers.
4Fetch from public registers on the Files tab
Switch to the Files tab in the data room. As an administrator in an active data room, you find the Fetch from public registers button here. Click it to open the Auto-fill from public registers dialog, which generates documents from the registers Arcili already has access to and places them in the 00 · Public registers folder.
If you have several properties linked, first pick which one with the Property field. Then choose which documents to generate — all five are on by default, but each can be cleared, so you can generate fewer than five:
| Document | Contents |
|---|---|
| Property datasheet (BBR & valuation) | Combined datasheet with BBR and valuation data |
| BBR notice (official PDF) | The official BBR notice |
| Planning status (zone, local plan, municipal plan) | Zone status and planning frameworks |
| Cadastral map (PDF) | Map of the parcel |
| Land registry extract (ownership, charges, easements) | Ownership, charges and easements |
Click Generate and upload. When done, it confirms with {count} documents placed in "00 · Public registers".
You must link a property first. Without a linked property you see Link a property under Property info first. If the property cannot be found, you see The property was not found in public registries, and individual documents may fail with {count} documents could not be generated.
