11- Biometric login on mobile Sign in to Arcili with your fingerprint, Touch ID or Face ID in the mobile app. Enable it with Remember me at first password login, then use one tap or automatic sign-in, and turn it off by signing out.
- Transfer team ownership As the owner you can transfer ownership of your team to another person from Team → Danger zone. You become an admin and the new owner gets all permissions. If the recipient is a member it happens immediately — otherwise an invitation is sent.
- Manage team members and roles See all members on the Members tab, search and filter by role, open a member to edit the name, change role (Owner, Admin, Member, Viewer) and remove access again.
- Setting up two-factor authentication (2FA) Enable two-factor authentication on your Arcili account: scan the QR code with an authenticator app, confirm with a 6-digit code, and learn when the code is required — including during password reset.
- Sign out from this or all devices Sign out locally from this device, or globally from all devices at once. Find both options under the Danger Zone in Settings, and use global sign-out if a device is lost or compromised.
- Invite a colleague to your team Send an email invitation from the team page, choose the Viewer, Member or Admin role, add an optional message and send. Track pending invitations, which expire after 48 hours.
- Enable or disable modules for the team Owners and admins enable or disable modules under Team-administration → Settings → Modules. Control AI assistants, Map, Property search, Property transactions, Companies and Property valuation for the whole team with one click — changes take effect immediately.
- Manage pending invitations See sent team invitations awaiting acceptance, check their expiry date and role, and revoke them in one click from the Invitations tab.
- Notification settings: in-app, email and push Decide where you get alerted about new project-agent hits. Turn the in-app and email channels on or off under Settings → Notifications, and enable device push on mobile. Settings are saved per user and apply across devices.
- Manage your profile and personal settings Edit your name, email and password, choose language and appearance, control notifications, enable two-factor and set your drawing initials — all gathered under Settings.
- Add and manage company domains Link your email domains to the team so new users automatically gain access at signup. Add domains under Team → Settings → Company domains, track verification status and remove domains again.
Search & overview
7- Search for properties, companies and people Use the global search as one place to find properties, condominium units, companies, people and foreign entities. Arcili infers the type from your input, ranks the most relevant matches and takes you straight to the detail page.
- Search history and Recently viewed Arcili remembers your searches locally so you can quickly return to a property, company or person. See Recent searches in the search panel, delete individual entries or clear all, and find your five latest lookups in the Recently viewed widget on the home page.
- Deep linking: open pages via app links Understand how txmai:// links open a specific page directly in the Arcili app from notifications, emails and shared links — and why sign-in is required first.
- Notification center: agents, tasks and exports The bell in the sidebar footer gathers new project agent matches, due pipeline tasks and export results. Filter by source on the full page, mark everything read, and re-run finished exports in one click.
- Smart search: from address to CVR Global search picks the most relevant result type from your input — BFE numbers lift parcels, CVR numbers lift companies, names lift people, and floor hints lift condominium units. Every type still shows; only the order changes.
- Mortgage rates on the front page The Mortgage rates overview on the front page shows current fixed and short rates per institution with 30-day trend arrows. The lowest rate is marked Lowest, and data updates automatically.
- Project agents: monitor the market for matching properties Set up autonomous project agents that scan active properties for sale and notify you when a property can be renovated above the asking price. Choose area, condition, threshold and scan frequency, and read qualified hits with upside in the list, map and dashboard widget.
Map
11- Draw a search area on the map (polygon) Confine property search geographically by drawing a polygon on the map. The area combines with your filters, a live counter shows how many properties fall inside, and the boundary travels with exports. Clear the area with one click.
- Oblique photo and street view (Look Around) View properties obliquely from the air with Oblique photo in five directions, or stand at street level and look 360° around with Look Around — both open directly on the map.
- Measure and draw tools on the map Measure distances and areas directly on the map, and draw pins, lines, polygons and circles. Find the tools in the toolbox on the Map, pick a colour, close shapes and clean up again.
- Map layers: activate and search the specialist layers Activate and combine specialist map layers — planning data, protections, environment, road networks and cadastral data. Search by layer name, choose status (Adopted, Proposal, Cancelled) and save your own layer combinations.
- Noise and area analysis on the map Overlay noise maps and click a parcel to see noise levels in dB, an assessment, distance to railway plus nearby points of interest and traffic counts.
- Planning information on the map: local plan, municipal plan and subarea Select a parcel on the map and view the applicable planning rules under the Plans tab: municipal plan framework, local plan and subarea with building rules such as building percentage, floors and height. Open the plan document in the built-in viewer and see which values were AI-extracted.
- Sharing parcels and locations via URL Share a link to a precise parcel, condominium unit, or coordinate on the map. Use the Copy link to parcel button, or build a URL with bfe, ejl, lng/lat, or address — the recipient lands in the same place.
- Development/BuildAI: chat directly on the map Pick a parcel on the map and chat about development rights with BuildAI. The assistant gathers plan data for the parcel — municipal plan framework, local plan, sub-area and area — and gives a quick overview of what may be built.
- 3D buildings and the sun simulator Switch the map to a 3D perspective, rotate and tilt with the orbit control, and use the sun simulator to see the sun's position and cast shadows for a chosen date and time.
- Property result list and map interaction Move between the property search result list and the map with two-way synchronization. Click a card to highlight it on the map, click a marker to scroll to the card, and understand clusters, infinite scroll and export.
- Property details on the map: parcel, buildings, units and owners Click a parcel on the map to see plot, building, unit and owner data gathered in the side panel — areas, BBR buildings, condominiums with transaction prices and the registered owners.
Properties
5- Property details: Portfolio and owner network The **Portfolio** tab draws the property's ownership network as an interactive graph: the owner at the centre, and outward the companies, subsidiaries and people behind it.
- Notes on properties and people Add internal notes directly on a property or person and share them with your team. Write, edit, and delete your own notes — every team member sees them in the same context.
- Property details: Area and surroundings Understand the Area tab on a property: proximity score, coast distance, noise conditions and railway, plus filterable lists of amenities and public transport — shown directly on the map.
- Investigate a property A property's detail page gathers everything publicly available about the cadastre in one place — spread across eleven tabs.
- Property details: Economy and valuations Understand the Economy tab on a property: trade history from the land registry and owner register, public valuations with an interactive chart and history, plus comparison with similar trades and current listings within 500 m.
Companies & people
6- Company details: master data and overview Get a fast picture of a company on the Overview tab — key people, key figures, contact and portfolio — and dig into the full CVR register details under Master data.
- Company details: ownership structure and portfolio graph Understand the full ownership chain via the interactive network graph on the Portfolio tab: filter active or all entities, expand the chain level by level, read ownership shares, click nodes for details, and export as an image or PDF.
- Company details: financials and financial analysis Read CVR accounts, balance sheet and calculated key figures year by year with percent change on the Financials tab. Pick years, plot trends in the chart, switch between Key figures and Extended views, and download the official report as PDF.
- A person's company relations, properties and portfolio See a person's company roles, property shares and full ownership network. Read relations (active and historic), properties direct and via companies, the portfolio graph and aggregated financial figures.
- Export companies to Excel or CSV Export your company search to Excel or CSV with selectable columns — core data, financials, property data and key personnel. The export follows your filters and search area and runs in the background.
- Company details: key people, relations and history Explore the board and executives, subsidiaries and production units, plus the legal timeline of a company — and click onward through the ownership and control network.
Valuations
9- How AI works in the price estimates Understand the dynamic valuation model behind Property Valuation — comparable trades, individual adjustments, time indexing, location factors, seven condition levels and confidence.
- Interpret comparable trades in valuations Understand the comparable trades table in Home Valuation: how references are selected, what the adjustment factors mean, and how to read adjusted vs. original per-m² price to validate the estimate.

3- Project assessment: culling and planning rules Hold your new-build project's unit plan up against the local plan, municipal plan and sub-area — check building percentage, building height, parking and road access, and clarify dispensation needs before running the sales numbers.
- Project assessment: sales vs. rental scenario Calculate your new build's sales price and market rent at once. Build the unit plan, add project economics, and compare sale, sale to investor and own rental side by side via exit strategies.

- Project development: AI renders from 3D Turn 3D views into photorealistic images: pick angle, style and mood, optionally upload a style reference, and use the result straight in the report. Geometry is preserved from the 3D model.
- Projektudvikling: contract and supplier management Gather every project agreement in one place: record contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants with CVR lookup, contract sum, payment and status — and track paid against contract sum across all contracts.
- Project development: schedule and milestones (Gantt) Plan the build process as milestones across four phases, draw them in an interactive Gantt chart, and drag the bars to adjust start and end dates. Track status and progress per phase.

9- Choosing PDF language: Danish or English Generate each PDF report in Danish or English independently of the app language — pick the language on the download button just before you download.

Data room
19- Invite participants to a data room Invite a colleague from your workspace or an external guest by email, choose a role, and manage pending invitations with Resend and Revoke.
- Info notes in a data room Use the Info tab for short text facts with a heading and optional text — instead of uploading a PDF for a few lines. All participants see the notes, and you can edit or delete them.
- Activity log and insights in a data room The Activity tab tracks every action in the data room: who viewed what, when, and what they downloaded. Follow the timeline, see insights per participant or document, and export the full log as CSV.
- Notifications and emails in a data room When a data room emails guests about new documents and Q&A replies, and how to control it room-wide with Emails to guests. Plus invitation and one-time-code emails.
- Due diligence checklist in a data room Track which documents a deal requires. Apply the standard template with 6 categories, set status, link documents and follow progress in numbers.
- Close the deal (closing) Completing the deal archives the data room as read-only and builds one closing package as a zip: all documents plus three CSV files with the activity log, document index and NDA acceptances.
- Upload and organise documents Create folders, drag files in, and keep the data room organised. Each file can be up to 1 GB, zip archives are unpacked, and you can rename, delete, download and export an index.
- Data room settings and white-label Overview of room-wide settings: content and downloads, security, Q&A, clean-up — plus white-label that shows your name to guests. Understand room, participant and share-link levels.
- Create and manage a data room Create a data room, give it a name and description, and manage it from settings: rename, adjust security and downloads, archive or reactivate. You can have up to 3 active data rooms.
- Watermark and download control Stamp guests' document views with their email, and control downloads on three levels: the whole room, per participant and per share link. Let guests download everything as a zip — or export it yourself.
- Document versions and trash in a data room Upload new versions of a file without losing the old ones, restore an earlier version, and find deleted files in the trash. Deleted files can be restored until the trash is emptied automatically after the chosen period.
- NDA and digital signature in a data room Require guests to accept confidentiality terms before the content is shown. Customise the text, override it per participant or share link, and optionally require digital signing with an email code and name signature.
- Share a data room with a link Create a share link for a data room: set the role, expiry (7, 30 or 90 days, default 30), downloads and NDA for link guests. Guests verify their email with a one-time code, so activity is named. Copy and revoke as you go.
- Roles and access in a data room Understand the three data room roles (Can view, Can view and upload, Can manage), the difference between data room only and full system access, and how sharing with the whole workspace controls who sees the room.
- Bidder groups and folder visibility Divide guests into groups and control per folder who sees what. Create groups on the sharing tab, assign participants to a group, and restrict individual folders to selected groups. Guests without restrictions see everything.
- Link a property and pull from public registers Link a property or parcel to the data room, view key data from BBR, valuation, planning and transport, and auto-fill register documents into the "00 · Public registers" folder from the Files tab.
- Attach analyses to a data room Attach a finished result from Property valuation, Project assessment or Pipeline as a read-only snapshot, so participants see the numbers without access to the module itself.
- Q&A in a data room Let participants ask questions directly in the data room and answer in threaded conversations. Control status, delete threads, and keep bidders' questions separate with private threads. Everything is logged in the activity.
- AI assistant in a data room Ask AI questions about a PDF document in the data room. The answer is based only on that document. PDF only, max approx. 25 MB, your team only. Turned on in settings and off by default.
