Getting started with the modules
10- Getting started with the Admin dashboard Get to know Arcili's backoffice: key figures (MRR, active tenants, users, churn), the alert banner, the activity feed, and navigation across Customers, Content and Operations. Requires an admin or support role and desktop.
- Estimate a home price with AI Get an AI price estimate across seven condition levels, calibrated against registered trades in the area. Search an address, adjust the condition, and read the result with comparable trades, a confidence score and a PDF report.
- Getting started with Projektvurdering Search an address or cadastral parcel, build a unit plan with row types, and instantly get sales and rental potential, project economics and a PDF report.
- Get started with Project development Go from idea to finished report in Project development: create a project, run the 3-step wizard (Development, Sales Potential, PDF Report), set status and continue in the project panel. Requires desktop.
- Install and use the mobile app Get Arcili for iOS and Android, sign in with password, email link or biometrics, grant camera, location and notification permissions, and turn on push.
- Look up a person: profile and roles Find a person by name and read the profile: contact info, active and historic company roles, a bankruptcy background check, and the property portfolio — then navigate on to companies and properties.
- Getting started with company search Search and filter Danish companies by industry, area, status and financial figures. Follow the live counter, run the search and open the full company profile.
- Get started with the map Open the map, search addresses and parcels, click a parcel for property and planning data in the side panel, turn on map layers, switch to 3D and use the toolbox to draw, measure and view oblique photos.
- Getting started with property search Search and filter Danish properties across location, ownership, economy, cadastre, building and unit. Follow the live counter showing the number of matches, narrow on the map, and run the search to a result list.
